Dispatch

The Particle Post is a monthly physical mail subscription delivered by post.

Particle Posts are usually dispatched during the first week of each month. Occasionally, dispatch dates may vary slightly, and any significant changes will be communicated where appropriate.

For PP_001, orders will be dispatched during the first week of October 2026.

Great Britain delivery

Delivery to England, Scotland and Wales is included in the price of your subscription.

Orders are sent using Royal Mail 2nd Class. This is an untracked postal service, so tracking information will not be available for your order. 

Royal Mail delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by delays within the postal network or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Delivery addresses

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and accurate when placing your order.

If you notice an error in your address, please contact hello@theparticlepostclub.com as soon as possible. We will be happy to update your delivery details where possible, but we may be unable to redirect an order once it has been dispatched.

Missing post

Occasionally, post takes a little longer than expected.

If your Particle Post has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact hello@theparticlepostclub.com and we'll be happy to help.

Damaged, incorrect or incomplete orders

If your Particle Post arrives damaged, incomplete, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@theparticlepostclub.com.

International delivery

International delivery is not currently available.

We hope to introduce delivery to selected international destinations in the future.
