Curious post for curious people.
Get a different science story delivered through your letterbox every month.
Each issue of The Particle Post begins with a question worth getting curious about and turns it into a tactile collection of science, illustration and things to keep.
Written and made by Dr. K.
What's inside?
- A science story - A letter from Dr. K exploring something strange, surprising, or simply worth knowing.
-
Something to try - Experiments, puzzles and other analogue ways to play with the month's science.
- Things to keep - Original postcards, stickers and other collectable paper-based bits inspired by each issue.
The Particle Post is designed to be opened, unfolded, scribbled on, experimented with, stuck somewhere, sent to somebody or tucked away to discover later.
Every issue is different.
ISSUE PP_001 - CAN SOUND MAKE LIGHT?
Our first investigation begins with sound, bubbles, an undergraduate physics experiment that refused to cooperate...and a surprisingly noisy shrimp.
No spoilers. You'll have to open the envelope for the rest.
Issue 001 ships in the first week of October 2026.

FAQs:
Who is The Particle Post for?
Anyone who's curious. The Particle Post is made for curious adults and young people who enjoy discovering how the world works. You don't need a science background, just a willingness to wonder about things.
Will every issue contain the same things?
No, and that's part of the fun. Every Particle Post begins with a science question, and the contents are designed around that month's investigation. You can expect a science story and a changing mix of experiments, puzzles, illustrations, and collectable paper pieces.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. The Particle Post is a rolling monthly subscription and you can cancel anytime. The cutoff for each month's issue is the 25th of the previous month. If you cancel before the cutoff, you won't receive the upcoming issue.
If payment for an upcoming issue has already been processed when you cancel, you'll still receive that issue, but your subscription will end before the following month's edition.
For example, to stop your subscription before the November issue, cancel by 25 October. If your November payment has already been processed, PP_002 will still be sent to you, but you won't receive PP_003 in December.
Can I return my post?
Because each issue of The Particle Post is printed and prepared specifically for that month's mailing, we don't normally ask subscribers to return an issue once it has been dispatched.
If your Particle Post arrives damaged, incomplete or there is a problem with your order, please contact us at hello@theparticlepostclub.com and we'll put it right.
Can I get a refund or replacement?
If your Particle Post arrives damaged or we've made a mistake with your order, please get in touch and we'll be happy to help. Depending on the circumstances, we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
If your issue hasn't yet arrived, please allow for the normal delivery window, particularly for international post.
